LOCATED IN THE HEART OF ASHBURN, VA

Ashburn Core Pilates is an inclusive, boutique Pilates studio located in Ashburn, Virginia. We offer in-person small group classes and private sessions.

Group classes are limited to 5 clients and provide a wonderful medium between private sessions and large group classes- you get individual attention but also enjoy the camaraderie and community of your fellow class members.

Private sessions are our one-on-one offering. This session allows us to give you 100% of our attention and the workout is tailored to your precise needs or goals.
