POLICIES

IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE FOLLOWING POLICIES, PLEASE EMAIL US

Studio Policies

Please arrive in a timely manner for class. This means 5 minutes prior to the start of class.

In order to keep all clients safe and ensure a proper warm up, we do not allow entrance to class if more than 5 minutes late.

All classes and sessions will end on time, regardless of arrival time.

Grippy socks are required for all classes and sessions.

Please do not use your cell phone during class; with respect to your instructor and fellow class members, ensure that all phones are on silent.

*No zippers allowed- they can very easily tear, scratch or rip the upholstery on our equipment*

Unattended use of equipment is not allowed at any time. Use of equipment is only allowed with instructor supervision.

Arrival Instructions

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of class.

Note that the studio is located around back of the building, facing the trees (not the street).

There is plenty of parking!

Purchases

Advance payment is required in order to book all group classes and private sessions.

We accept most major credit cards, check and cash payments. If you would like to pay by check or cash, please contact us prior to booking your class.

Memberships

By purchasing a group class membership, you are agreeing to being billed on your chosen effective date, and every 1 month thereafter until cancellation of your membership.

All classes included in your monthly membership must be used within that month; class credits do not roll-over between months.

We require 30 days' notice to cancel your membership. This must be provided in writing to info@ashburncorepilates.com

Any changes to the membership option (increasing or decreasing the number of classes per month), must be requested prior to your next billing date. Any changes requested for the current month of membership will become effective at the next scheduled billing date.

Memberships may be paused for any reason, for 2 weeks or more. For any periods of less than 2 weeks, or 14 days, we are unable to pause memberships. Please plan and schedule classes around vacations, etc.

Cancellations

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all group classes and private sessions.

If a group class or private session is cancelled prior to the 24 hour period, there will be no charge for the cancellation. A cancellation within the 24 hour period results in loss of the class/session credit.

No-shows for all classes and private sessions will result in full charge for the class/session.

Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. You may gift or transfer any remaining credits to another client or a family member/friend.

Inclement Weather

Late cancellations due to inclement weather will be excused. If you deem the road conditions to be unsafe, we urge you not to attempt to drive to make a class or session. Safety first!

Please call or email the studio if you will not be able to make it to class. Any class cancellations due to weather will be reflected in the online scheduler, and in addition, we will contact you to notify you if your class is cancelled.

Teens/Age requirement

Clients aged 16 and up are welcome to join group classes. Ages 13-15 are welcome to join in either a private or semi-private session, with the potential to join group classes (this can be determined on a case-by-case basis). At the moment, we do not take clients aged 12 and under.
