Did you know that our studio offers private sessions, in addition to our group classes? A private session is a 1-on-1 session for just you! Private sessions are great if you are looking for some individualized attention from your Pilates instructor. There are many reasons why one may choose to book private sessions instead of group classes; and while the underlying reasons may vary, there is one common denominator: private sessions can be a total game-changer for your body and mind.

Personalized Attention
It may seem obvious, but personalized attention is a game-changer when it comes to your Pilates practice. There’s no better place to get a tailored workout than in a one-on-one session with your instructor. In a private, your instructor listens closely and learns exactly what your body needs. Maybe you’re working through an injury, managing chronic tension; or have a specific goal in mind, such as improved upper back posture, or even improving your golf swing! Every body is different—and in a private session, your unique anatomy, movement patterns, and personal goals guide the session.
Faster Progress
When an instructor is completely focused on you, the feedback is immediate and specific. That means better corrections and more efficient movements—which can create faster results. Get to try New-to-You Equipment
Private sessions are such a fun way to try equipment that you may not see in a group class. One example of this is the Tower; also called the "Tower of Power." The Pilates tower is vertical poles attached to the end of a raised mat. There is a sliding bar that moves up and down the vertical poles; we add resistance (of course!), to incorporate a whole new range of exercises for the body.
